Mumias youth is devoid of an IDEAL to follow whereas we know that almost half of the population falls under the age of twenty. They are lost in the search of an individual whose line if followed will take them to success. One more dilemma is that the youth even   being   very   energetic and talented does not get the chance to display their inner talent.

In short the young generation lacks clear guidance, vision, leadership, education, monetary support and a clear path. Having analyzed this ACoH has started Career Counselling program through which hundreds of youth will be trained and counseled by renowned personalities so that youth make peaceful and prosperous Kenya
