So ACoHteam has designed session for Children, Women & Men on importance of education, health and reproductive health, maternal & child health, Human Rights, Child rights, Women rights, Labor, Peace, Security and Communal Harmony, Population, Justice and Law, Right to Information, Culture, Social Welfare, Social Entrepreneurship, Importance of cleanliness. Rehabilitation and Orphanage
The project is aimed at transforming street children and most vulnerable children in the community into leading dignified and responsible life. Rehabilitation Project is the flagship of the Children Services Program and is an integral to all other programs at ACoH. It involves processes such as counseling and guidance; temporary shelter; pre-home visits; home visits; school placements; family support; community education; life skills training; networking and collaboration.This project therefore prepares children to become responsible and to take care of one another.
Rights Advocacy & Campaign
ACoH ever believe that Advocacy consists of organized efforts, highlighting critical issues that have been ignored or submerged. The Project target group is abused children and children affected by abuse from the rural and urban areas`ofMumias sub-County. Project is guided by the united nation convention on the rights of the child, African charter for the rights and welfare of children and the children Act 2001 Kenya. project that promotes the protection of the child rights to the fullest. It facilitates the promotion of social cultural behaviors and practices that upholds child rights through advocacy.
